There will be coffee/tea set up at 11:30 AM for attendees so Exhibitors will need to be set by then.

(no later than 7:00 PM as there is a residential building near the ballroom and noise level should be kept to a minimum)
The load in and load out should be through the ballroom load in area and not through the lobby.
Following the Expo and U SPORTS Business Meeting, there is a Happy Hour in the Regency Ballroom (same room as the Expo). Exhibitors should keep their booths intact during this Happy Hour as Delegates will be in the room so it could be a good opportunity to showcase your products/services.
Exhibitors are welcomed to join us for the Happy Hour sponsored by LiveU Inc. immediately following the Expo and U SPORTS Annual Meeting.

The Harbour Queen 1 is a Mississippi-style sternwheeler with two decks, lower deck is enclosed and heated, and the upper deck is roofed with open sides. There is a fully licensed bar and washroom facilities.
Boarding on the Harbour Queen 1 will take place at the Cable Wharf (1751 Lower Water Street, Halifax), which is straight downhill from Citadel Hill and next to the Ferry Terminal.
Boarding begins 30 minutes before departure - boarding at 6:00 pm, departing at 6:30 pm and returning at 8:30 pm.
