Vendors are responsible to put together including labels and arranging Courier Services.

Shipments will be stored in:

Hotel storage is TBD and will be confirmed closer to the event.

Arrival Date:

Please do not ship anything to the hotel prior to seven days ahead of the event.

Broker:

U SPORTS is the broker.  The hotel cannot sign documents for any US shipments/boxes that arrive to the hotel as your broker.

FROM RICARDO STREET (Behind the Hotel) 

• Knock on man door to have employee open garage door 
• Unload into main area, remove truck from loading dock to clear for other deliveries
• Hallway curves right, Take your first LEFT through the DOUBE BLUE doors PAST the laundry room 
• Follow the hallway which curves right, ELEVATORS located on your LEFT 
• LEVEL G for both ballrooms 
• GRAND GEORGIAN ballroom access through second white door on the LEFT (single door) 
• IMPERIAL ballroom access STRAIGHT to main hallway (single door) 
• Go down hallway to conference lobby where hotel elevators are located. Ballroom is to the RIGHT of the elevators down the hallway
• Loading Dock Height – 4 FT
• Dolly’s and carts are limited, vendor companies are to supply their own.

Anytime after the Expo is over
