Please do not ship anything to the hotel prior to twenty-four hours ahead of the event.

The hotel cannot sign documents for any US shipments/boxes that arrive to the hotel as your broker.

Load-In Time

 The hotel is open 24 Hours so Exhbitors can load-in anytime.

All exhibits must be set-up no later than 

3:00 pm on May 12.
